Job Description
The Ritual Works seeks a highly skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator. Detail-orientated, organised, inventive and willing to learn more, the perfect candidate for this position has to possess qualities that separate them to fit into a team of highly driven individuals. This role consists of operating a CNC guillotine, plasma/laser cutter and press brake, being able to program and carry out operations precisely with a tolerance of +/- 1mm. It also requires previous experience and knowledge of MIG and TIG welding. The work produced will be versatile and aided by advanced equipment.
This role will be an integral part of the team, responsible for providing a high level of quality in manufacturing, showing consistency in the level of dedication to each job and persistent willingness to learn and improve skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Proficient in MIG and TIG welding, sheet metal fabrication and knowledge and confidence in operating machinery such as press-brakes
- Managing own jobs, including reading and clear understanding of technical drawings
- Excellent level of communication with colleagues and, when the opportunity arises - customers
- Focus on providing an organised and safe space in the working area – being health and safety conscious
- Cleanliness and excellent appearance
Employment Type & Compensation
Full-Time: Salary negotiable & experience-dependant
This position is in demand five days a week from 8.30 am - 4.30 pm.
